Services

Engagements such as Integration Health Audits, Ongoing Health Reporting, Incident Pattern Analysis, and Reporting Framework Setup are governed by a separate agreement describing scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement prevails for the paid work.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms. We may refuse or remove communications that breach this standard.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and materials we publish remain our property unless stated otherwise. Report packs and deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as set out in that engagement’s agreement.
